Buy: If you are looking to sell your home why not add it to our database, we will email you 'once' a month asking if you have sold it yet (in case you forget to update your entry) - all you need to do is click the link in the email to confirm that your property is still for sale & the entry will be renewed for a further month.
Rent: If you are looking to let or rent a flat or house add it to our database for FREE - we will run the advert for a month or until you tell us to stop - at the end of the month you can 'add' another month - as many times as you need - all for FREE.
Swap: With the cost of living spiraling upwards 'some people' have taken to swapping their homes with others, people that live in cities might want a week by the sea or in the countryside & vice versa - this system does however rely on honesty.
